Pickleball Association Of Gujarat  recognize that alongside the rapid growth in player numbers and community interest comes the immediate demand for pickleball coaches.  This demand includes:

•  Introductory coaches to introduce the sport to the uninitiated
• Foundational coaches to help build the skills of new and developing players.
• Development coaches for those players interested in upskilling and improving their player rating
• Junior development coaches specifically targeting the introduction and development of U19 players.
• Performance coaches to provide targeted coaching for players working towards elite playing pathways.

Pickleball Association of Gujarat is creating a coach accreditation framework inclusive of purpose written pickleball modules and existent external coach education courses.  The aim is to provide coach education opportunities to facilitate the efficient accreditation of effective coaches across Gujarat ensuring  pickleball coaches are of a high quality and standardized accreditation processes are in place.

The PAA presently recognizes a number of coach education courses and the accreditation they provide.  Coaching courses are offered each year with both local and overseas instructors.  There are also online coach education program options.
